beautyEQ Return & Refund Policy

Definitions & Sales Channels

  • Regular Sales Channels: Purchases made directly through our website and shipped from our warehouse.
  • Non-Regular Sales Channels:
    • Tradeshow sales
    • Digital goods
    • Payment plan purchases (Sezzle, ShopPay, etc.)
    • In-person training classes
    • Business consulting & coaching

Return Policy for Devices & Consumables (Regular Sales)

Items may be returned within 7 days if all conditions are met:

  • Shipping package unopened
  • Unused/unworn
  • In original packaging
  • Restocking Fee: 10% of item value.
  • Shipping Deduction: If the item shipped free, the actual shipping cost paid by BeautyEQ will be deducted.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Opened or used items
  • Consumables
  • Items removed from packaging
  • Professional equipment that changed ownership

Retail Device Warranty

  • 60-day warranty
  • Customer pays return shipping
  • Invoice number required

Digital Goods (Non-Refundable)

  • All digital goods are non-refundable, including those sold via Shopify, Kajabi, HubSpot, and PayPal.

Tradeshow Purchases

  • Non-Refundable: Items picked up at tradeshows are final sale.
  • Cancel Within 24 Hours: Eligible for full refund.
  • After 24 Hours: 10% fee + shipping charges.

Payment Plan Purchases

  • BeautyEQ does not offer in-house plans.
  • Sezzle and ShopPay installment eligibility is determined by those providers.

Business Consulting, Coaching & In-Person Training

  • All sales are final.
  • One-time reschedule allowed with 14 days’ notice.
  • If you do not reschedule:
    • Your SIIT Pro kit ships automatically.
    • Training must be completed online.
  • Refunds only if BeautyEQ cannot supply a trainer.

Damaged Items Upon Receipt

If your item arrives damaged, email info@bodybeautyEQ.com within 24 hours.

  • Subject Line: Damaged Item – Order #[Your Order Number]
  • Include photos, videos, and description of damage.

Return Shipping Policy (Including Warranty Repairs & Exchanges)

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Includes returns, warranty repairs, exchanges, and product assessments.
  • If item shipped free, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from any refund.

Refund Process

  1. Contact BeautyEQ to initiate your return.

  2. Ship the item back (customer pays shipping).

  3. Inspection completed within 3–5 business days of delivery.

  4. If approved, refund issued within 7–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  1. Check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company.

  3. Email info@bodybeautyEQ.com if unresolved.

Exchanges


Gifts

  • Exchanges allowed.
  • Refunds issued to original purchaser only.

Shipping for Returns

  • Contact us before sending any return.
  • Customer pays return shipping.
  • For items over $75, use trackable shipping or insurance.
  • BeautyEQ is not responsible for lost return packages.
