To maintain an optimal concentration of ingredients and efficacy we advise that this product remains stored away from moist, intense heat/cold environments. When stored properly, products may remain most effective from the date of opening through the date of expiration on the bottle.
REFUND & SHIPPING POLICY
Items returned within 14 days of receipt, in the same UNOPENED SHIPPING PACKAGE may be returned, and will be subjected to a restocking fee of 20%. We do not not accept returns on beauty devices or products that have been opened, used, or returned after the 14 day window.
For damaged items upon receipt please send concerns to info@bodybeautyEQ.com within 24 hours of receipt and please send supporting documents (photo/video).
All packages come with tracking, and require a signature.
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, and will not be refunded for the original shipping.
